Házirend

Érvényes 2026. június 1-től visszavonásig

A Miskolci Egyetem hallgatói és munkavállalói, valamint érvényes bérleti szerződéssel rendelkező személyek jogosultak a Teniszcentrum (beleértve: teniszcsarnok, fallabda pályák, szabadtéri pályák) szolgáltatásainak igénybevételére. A Teniszcentrum Centrum igénybe vevője a jelen Házirendet egyidejűleg elfogadja és tudomásul veszi, hogy köteles a Házirendet mindenkor betartani és annak ismeretében igénybe venni a szolgáltatásokat. A vendégek tudomásul veszik, hogy az Üzemeltető a Házirend betartását jogosult bármikor ellenőrizni, illetve azzal kapcsolatos észrevételt, intézkedést megtenni. A jelen Házirend a Teniszcentrum recepcióján kifüggesztésre kerül, illetve a https://tenisz.uni-miskolc.hu/ weboldalon is elérhető.

1. Általános rendelkezések

1. A létesítmény és annak eszközei kizárólag rendeltetésszerűen használhatók.
2. A nem rendeltetésszerű használatból eredő károkért a károkozó anyagi felelősséggel tartozik.
3. A létesítményt mindenki saját felelősségére használja.
4. Balesetet, sérülést vagy káreseményt haladéktalanul jelenteni kell az üzemeltető képviselőjének.
5. Az öltözőkben és a létesítmény területén hagyott értéktárgyakért az üzemeltető nem vállal felelősséget.
6. Az Egyetem által üzemeltetett elektronikus megfigyelőrendszer során megvalósuló adatkezelésről szóló tájékoztató elérhető az Egyetem honlapján a „Közérdekű adatok – Adatkezelés” menüpont alatt, valamint papír alapon a recepción.
7. Az üzemeltető jogosult a házirendet megszegő személyt a szolgáltatások igénybevételéből kizárni, szükség esetén eltávolításáról intézkedni.
8. Parkolás kizárólag a kijelölt helyeken engedélyezett.
9. A vészkijáratokat, menekülési útvonalakat és tűzvédelmi eszközöket szabadon kell hagyni; azok rendeltetésszerű használatát akadályozni tilos.
10. Egészségügyi vészhelyzet esetén automata külső defibrillátor (AED) a Teniszcentrum recepcióján áll rendelkezésre.

2. A létesítmény használatának szabályai

1. A pálya használat megkezdése előtt legfeljebb 5 perccel lehet belépni a lefoglalt területre, amennyiben azt az előző használó már elhagyta.
2. Amennyiben a Teniszcentrum pályái a foglalás kezdetekor nem megfelelő állapotban kerülnek átadásra, azt a portaszolgálat vagy az üzemeltető felé haladéktalanul jelezni kell.
3. A pályára lépni kizárólag tiszta sportcipőben engedélyezett.
4. A pályák kizárólag megfelelő sportruházatban használhatók. Fürdőruha vagy egyéb, sportolásra nem alkalmas ruházat viselése nem engedélyezett. Félmeztelenül a létesítmény területén tartózkodni tilos.
5. A használat során igénybe vett sporteszközöket, berendezéseket és bútorokat a használat befejezését követően eredeti helyükre kell visszahelyezni.
6. A salakos teniszpályák használatát követően a pályát le kell húzni, a vonalakat meg kell tisztítani, és a pályát a használatot megelőző állapotnak megfelelően kell átadni.
7. A vendégek részére nemenként elkülönített öltöző- és zuhanyzóhasználat biztosított.
8. Nézők a bérlések és mérkőzések ideje alatt csak a pályákon kívüli területen tartózkodhatnak.
9. A recepciós pultban, irodákban és technikai helyiségekben kizárólag a személyzet tartózkodhat.
10. A világítást kizárólag az üzemeltető vagy annak megbízottja kapcsolhatja be.
11. A pályákon 18 év alatti személyek csak felnőtt felügyelete mellett tartózkodhatnak.

3. Tiltott magatartások

1. Tilos minden olyan magatartás, amely mások testi épségét, biztonságát vagy nyugalmát veszélyezteti.
2. Tilos a dohányzás, valamint minden dohány- és nikotintartalmú termék használata a létesítményben és annak 5 méteres körzetében.
3. Alkohol vagy bódító hatású szer befolyása alatt álló, illetve fertőző betegségben szenvedő személy a létesítményt nem használhatja.

• Tilos alkohol, kábítószer, veszélyes anyag, fegyver vagy egyéb veszélyes tárgy bevitele.
• Élelmiszert a sportpályákra bevinni tilos.
• A recepción található üdítős hűtőben saját élelmiszert és üdítőt tárolni tilos.

4. Állatot a sportpályákra bevinni tilos.
5. Az épületbe elektromos rollert és kerékpárt bevinni tilos. Azok kizárólag a kijelölt, kamerával megfigyelt kerékpártárolókban helyezhetők el, a biztonságos rögzítésről a tulajdonos köteles gondoskodni.

4. Foglalási szabályok

1. A Teniszcentrum pályáinak használata kizárólag érvényes foglalással és a bérleti díj előzetes megfizetésével lehetséges.
2. Pályafoglalás és lemondás az online pályafoglalási rendszeren keresztül (https://palyafoglalas.uni-miskolc.hu/), a +36203931795 telefonszámon vagy személyesen a Teniszcentrum recepcióján lehetséges.
3. Alkalmi pályafoglalás csak az adott naptól számított két hétben lehetséges.
4. Az online pályafoglalási rendszerbe kreditfeltöltés SimplePay fizetéssel, vagy a Teniszcentrum recepcióján történő készpénz, illetve kártyás fizetéssel lehetséges.
5. A már lefoglalt időpont lemondása legkésőbb 12 órával előre engedélyezett. Ebben az esetben a pályafoglalási díj automatikusan jóváírásra kerül a foglalási rendszerben.
6. 12 órán belüli lemondás esetén a pályafoglalási díjat nem áll módunkban visszatéríteni.
7. A szabadtéri szezon idején az időjárás következtében elmaradó órák díját jóváírjuk az ügyfél kreditszámláján. Játék közbeni eső esetén időarányosan, egyhamrad/kétharmad arányban vállaljuk a felelősséget (egy órás bérlés esetén, ha az első 20 percben elkezd esni az eső, a teljes foglalási díj jóváírásra kerül és felhasználható későbbi időpontban, ha viszont ennél később, akkor nem áll módunkban visszatéríteni a foglalási díjat.)
8. A pályafoglalási rendszerbe feltöltött összeg kötelezően felhasználandó a szezon végéig. A szezon zárultával fel nem használt kreditek törlésre kerülnek, következő szezonra át nem vihetőek.
9. Az Üzemeltető fenntartja, indokolt esetben bármely regisztrált, vagy regisztrálni kívánó felhasználó kitiltását, fiókjának zárolását, korlátozását. (díjtartozás, késői lemondás, károkozás, házirend be nem tartása miatt)
10. Az árváltoztatás jogát fenntartjuk.

TENNIS CENTRE HOUSE RULES

Effective from 1 June 2026 until further notice

Students and employees of the University of Miskolc, as well as persons holding a valid rental agreement, are entitled to use the services of the Tennis Centre (including the indoor tennis hall, squash courts, and outdoor courts).

By using the Tennis Centre, users accept and acknowledge these House Rules and undertake to comply with them at all times when using the facilities and services. Guests acknowledge that the Operator is entitled to verify compliance with these House Rules at any time and to take the necessary measures in connection therewith.

These House Rules are displayed at the Tennis Centre reception and are also available at https://tenisz.uni-miskolc.hu/.

I. General Provisions

1. The facility and its equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
2. Any damage resulting from improper use shall be the financial responsibility of the person causing the damage.
3. The facility is used at the user’s own risk.
4. Any accident, injury, or damage must be reported immediately to the Operator’s representative.
5. The Operator accepts no responsibility for valuables left in the changing rooms or elsewhere within the facility.
6. The Privacy Notice regarding the processing of personal data through the electronic surveillance system operated by the University is available on the University's website under the "Public Information – Data Processing" section and in hard copy at the reception desk.
7. The Operator is entitled to exclude any person who violates these House Rules from using the services and, if necessary, arrange for their removal from the premises.
8. Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
9. Emergency exits, escape routes, and fire safety equipment must be kept clear at all times; obstructing their intended use is prohibited.
10. In the event of a medical emergency, an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is available at the Tennis Centre reception.

II. Rules for Using the Facility

1. Entry to a reserved court area is permitted no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the booking, provided the previous user has already vacated the area.
2. If any Tennis Centre court is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition at the start of the booking, this must be reported immediately to the reception desk or the Operator.
3. Courts may only be entered wearing clean sports shoes.
4. Courts may only be used while wearing appropriate sports attire. Swimwear or any other clothing unsuitable for sporting activities is not permitted. Remaining on the premises shirtless is prohibited.
5. Any sports equipment, furnishings, or other items used during play must be returned to their original location after use.
6. After using clay tennis courts, players must drag the court, clean the lines, and leave the court in a condition equivalent to that prior to use.
7. Separate changing rooms and shower facilities are provided for male and female guests.
8. Spectators may remain only in areas outside the courts during rentals and matches.
9. Only authorized staff members may enter the reception desk area, offices, and technical rooms.
10. Court lighting may only be switched on by the Operator or an authorized representative.
11. Persons under the age of 18 may only remain on the courts under adult supervision.

III. Prohibited Conduct

1. Any conduct that endangers the physical safety, security, or peace of others is prohibited.
2. Smoking and the use of any tobacco or nicotine-containing products are prohibited within the facility and within a 5-metre radius of the building.
3. Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, or suffering from a contagious disease, may not use the facility.
4. Bringing alcohol, narcotics, hazardous substances, weapons, or any other dangerous items into the facility is prohibited.
5. Bringing food onto the sports courts is prohibited.
6. Storing personal food or beverages in the soft drink refrigerator located at the reception is prohibited.
7. Animals are not permitted on the sports courts.
8. Bringing electric scooters or bicycles into the building is prohibited. They may only be stored in the designated CCTV-monitored bicycle storage areas. Owners are responsible for ensuring that they are securely locked.

IV. Booking Regulations

1. Use of the Tennis Centre courts is only permitted with a valid reservation and prior payment of the rental fee.
2. Court reservations and cancellations may be made through the online booking system (https://palyafoglalas.uni-miskolc.hu/), by phone at +36 20 393 1795, or in person at the Tennis Centre reception.
3. Casual court bookings may only be made within the two-week period preceding the requested date.
4. Credits may be added to the online booking system via SimplePay or by cash or card payment at the Tennis Centre reception.
5. Reserved bookings may be cancelled no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, the booking fee will automatically be credited back to the user’s account within the reservation system.
6. In the event of cancellation within 12 hours of the booking, the booking fee cannot be refunded.
7. During the outdoor season, fees for sessions cancelled due to weather conditions will be credited to the customer’s account. In the event of rain during play, compensation will be provided on a proportional basis. For a one-hour booking, if rain begins within the first 20 minutes, the full booking fee will be credited for future use. If rain begins after the first 20 minutes, no refund or credit can be provided.
8. Credits loaded into the booking system must be used by the end of the season. Any unused credits remaining after the season closes will be deleted and may not be carried over to the next season.
9. The Operator reserves the right, where justified, to ban, suspend, or restrict any registered or prospective user account, including but not limited to cases involving outstanding debts, late cancellations, property damage, or violations of these House Rules.
10. The Operator reserves the right to modify prices.
